“ Wow! I’m not much of beer/cider person and this place really had me at the first taste! And best part we were able to sit with our teenagers and play games at the table! Pretty fun atmosphere for sure! Very much recommend. We also tried the spinach dip , delicious, and the pretzel, very tasty. ”
“ Fantastic tap room serving rotating ciders and light fare. The service has always been so friendly and helpful every time I’m there. It’s a cozy spot with a couple tvs and front area that opens when the weather isn’t a million degrees. ”
“ This little spot was awesome. I don’t think that I’ve ever seen a strictly cider taproom. The ciders themselves were so tasty, I can’t say I tried one that I didn’t like. The flights are a great size and a great way to try a few different flavors. The staff was extremely personable and I had lovely conversation with them. I had a 3-meat panini which was really good as well. I definitely plan to visit again next time I’m in Phoenix and would absolutely recommend Six Byrd to anyone looking for a casual spot to have great ciders and good food with wonderful service. ”
“ I absolutely love Cider but I haven't found much in the Phoenix area, so I was so excited to try the place and it was everything I could hope for. They have 10 ciders on tap, I tried 8 by way of two flights and it's definitely the way to go. The food menu is great, we did the charcuterie board, a flatbread and the brie, fig and apple panini and everything was delicious. It was fun talking to the lab guy about his process and goals when making different ciders. I will definitely be back! ”
“ Ciders are light and not overly sugary. Refreshing. Service was great! ”
“ I visited this location for the first time last night during their trivia night. It was a great vibe! The bar tender, Kari Ann, was so nice! (I should've asked how to spell her name lol) She was the best, though. So patient, and she helped me pick different ciders to try. I tried the Prickly Pom and the Cran Currant ciders. Both were amazing! Almost felt like I wasn't drinking alcohol at all! I also ordered some food. I got The White Sausage & Shroom pizza. So yum. Their white sauce definitely tastes homemade like they stated! Anyway, my friends and I loved this place, and we will definitely be returning! ”
“ Alright we are getting back into the posting game, albeit a little late..... Six Byrd was good, very photogenic and also very good. Definitely distinct from the folks at Cider Corps. Six Byrd makes cider that is packed with flavor. They are more@juice like than alcohol which is both good and dangerous, you can drink a lot quickly. If you’re not a beer drinker and open to trying cider Six Byrd would be a good starting point before going over to Cider Corps. They do have a collab with OHSO that is more in the style of a cider corps product. They have a great spot with the ability to make it open one side with seating that gives it more of a patio feel, super chill vibe. One of the good things is that now we have good cider in Phoenix, we don’t have to drive all the way to Mesa. Thanks for having us, we look forward to drinking more of your cider! ”
“ Nice and quaint with all the emenities including some casual snackies. Eilish was a terrific cider guide. Great location. ”
